Even in the heat, the team managed to get the job done in Kinross, removing an old Breezair evaporative air conditioner and replacing it with a new Braemar LCQ450 evaporative cooling system.

That’s a wrap for us in Dalwallinu until later in the year, after completing a big air conditioning install on this amazing under-construction home.

This project included a 25kW three-phase Daikin ducted air conditioning system, designed to provide powerful whole home air conditioning throughout the main areas of the property.

We also installed 4 x Daikin 3.5kW Cora reverse cycle split systems to the guest bedrooms, each fitted with Wi-Fi connectivity modules for easy control and added comfort.

This setup includes 8 outlets and a MagicIQ controller, giving the home simple and reliable cooling control once the system is fully completed.

Friday installs completed, with the team wrapping up another busy day across Cloverdale and Carramar.

We started with a Fujitsu multi split air conditioning installation in Cloverdale, giving the home flexible comfort across multiple rooms from one outdoor unit.

The system included 2 x 2.5kW indoor units, 2 x 3.5kW indoor units and a 12kW outdoor unit.

From there, we headed to Carramar to remove an old Bonaire evaporative system and replace it with a Braemar LCQ 550 evaporative air conditioner, complete with MagicIQ control.

We started the morning in Jindalee with a 12.5kW Daikin reverse cycle ducted air conditioning installation, giving the home reliable heating and cooling with 5 zones, 8 outlets and an AirTouch 5 smart controller for easy control.

From there, it was on to Craigie for a 7kW Panasonic split system installation, fitted with an Aspen orange condensate pump to complete the setup.

We also attended a reverse cycle air conditioner in Ocean Reef with a damaged inverter PCB. Hopefully, we get good news tomorrow on spare parts availability for this older unit.

To finish off, we inspected an evaporative unit at a daycare centre that will need new pads and rusted flashing replaced to get it back into good working condition.
