After discussion with us over his time schedule he notified us that he was running the property as an Air B&B and had very limited time between reservations. Customer departing Sunday and new tenant first thing Monday morning.
We were quick to let our customer know that Sunday for an Air Conditioning install was no issue.
Tenant left at 10am. We arrived at 10.15am and by 12.00pm the customer had there brand new 2.5KW Fujitsu reverse cycle air conditioner installed and commissioned ready for his new tenants to lease on Monday with zero effect on his business.
Today's customer picked up the recently new Fujitsu 2.5KW ( ASTG09KMCB ) for a bargain at $700.
